At Fitness Indonesia, we did not first remove any parts of the body. Every part of the body grabs attention from each of our training programs. With this kind of philosophy, train your feet automatically will always be part of our client's training program.

However, this philosophy often gains "rejection" or minimal "opposition" comes from people in general, including our clients. In general, they don't mind practicing their upper body like the hands, shoulders, chest, abdomen, or back. Even they can't wait to train their upper body again. However, this kind of thing does not take place unless it comes to training the lower body, in other words.

Training feet is a thing they don't wait for. It is lightly understood because training the legs will be much more exhausting than with the time you train your upper body. However, the training program will only be effective except leg exercises so its part (further explanation below). And because our commitment in Fitness Indonesia is to always be ready for effective training program for our clients, including you, our philosophy to always include foot exercises to each of our training programs is not able to Compromised. This philosophy is so attached to the Fitness Indonesia until-until Coach Tobias himself trains his feet 3 times a week!

"Exhausting" is one of the reasons why many people avoid or dislike leg exercises. However, another reason that is quite worrying is as follows, "Coach, I just want to form muscle or tone-up the upper body only" or "Coach, I just want to burn fat in my stomach only. I have no problems along with fat in my thighs or buttocks. " And continuing with, "Therefore I do not do leg exercises."

The reason for this is to be effective in shaping the muscles or tone up the upper body effectively or burning fat in the abdomen and other parts of the body, training the legs is a must. In short, whatever your purpose, foot training is one of the criteria to achieve effective and maximal results.
Here are the reasons
In our thighs, there are 2 largest muscle groups, i.e. hamstring at the back and quadriceps on the front. Due to its size, we were going to burn more calories when we contracted to these two muscle groups compared with the time we contracted other muscle groups. By burning more calories, fat burning includes more and more. Not only that. Because of the size, we were able to lift the burden more weight when we train a leg compared with the time we train the upper body (we did not find people who use 50kg load for bench press but only able to load 20kg for Back squat). Because we use heavier loads, we are likely to burn more calories when we train our feet. The result, fat burning and faster weight loss.

The effect comes from exercising the foot on our hormonal profile including far beyond the impact derived from training other body parts. The production of growth hormone and the testosterone hormone (and IYA! Women including processing the testosterone hormone in small quantities, a maximum of 3% derived from processing in the men's body) experienced the greatest improvement when we train our feet. The more growth hormone in our body, the quicker it is to burn fat and to form muscle because this hormone has a positive impact on both. In other respects, increasing testosterone hormones will accelerate muscle formation.

So, actually train the leg is exhausting but is not it more exhausting to give a lot of fitting and energy to reach your ideal body without achieving comparable results? Isn't it really disappointing, exhausting, and frustrating? Therefore, avoid disappointment and frustration before it will be too late. Whatever your purpose, exercise your feet and get the maximum results from each fitting and the energy you provide in your training and diet.
